Organic : Family Farms that have been certified Organic.

Local: Family farms are located in MD, PA, and VA. When you buy local products, you help create local jobs, circulate more money in your local economy, and reduce transportation-related environmental impacts. 

IPM:  Locally, orchards are not able to grow organically.  IPM represents the next best solution in this case.  Farmers can identify the type of pest that are invading the orchard, and use several solutions to combat the pests.  IPM is the intelligent selection and use of pest control actions that will ensure favourable economic, ecological and sociological consequences

Kosher:  In theory, all fruits and vegetables are kosher, with no certification needed.  we do, however have several items, such as breads, nuts, granola's where a kosher certification could best be applied.  

Gluten Free: A gluten-free diet is a diet that excludes foods containing gluten. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, including kamut, spelt, barley, rye, malts and triticale.
