All homemade gnocchi are made with potatoes, eggs, and flour. Typically yields 3 to 4 servings per pound.
Ingredients: semolina flour (wheat, niacin, iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs, water, ricotta cheese (whole milk, starter, salt), parmesan cheese (skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, food starch, palm oil, potassium sorbate), salt, black pepper, parsley, pork, broccoli rabe, garlic, olive oil
Cooking Instructions: Place frozen contents in 4 quarts of briskly boiling water. Add one tablespoon of salt to water. Boil vigorously for 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally. Strain, and serve with your favorite sauce.
