All homemade gnocchi are made with potatoes, eggs, and flour. Typically yields 3 to 4 servings per pound.
Ingredients: potato flakes, extra fancy durum flour (wheat, niacin, iron thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs, water, salt, chopped spinach, spinach powder
Cooking Instructions: Place frozen contents in 4 quarts of briskly boiling water. Add one tablespoon of salt to water. Boil vigorously for 7-8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Strain, and serve with your favorite sauce.
